Your people work fine. The system does not.

A cargo company grows and hits a wall — not with clients, but with its own process: everything rests on staff memory, notebooks and private chats.

This is not a people problem. There is simply no system.

While the books live in Excel and in a manager’s head, every next hundred parcels adds chaos, not profit.

01

«Where is my parcel?» — dozens of times a day

Your manager answers chats instead of working. The client is anxious because they cannot see anything themselves.

02

Client IDs are handed out manually

Numbers get mixed up and duplicated. A parcel arrives — and nobody knows whose it is.

03

Sorting by recipient — by hand

Every batch is split by list and memory. Hours of work and mistakes that surface at handover.

04

Books in Excel and notebooks

A file called «final_2 (3)», lost rows, no history. Nothing to settle a dispute with.

05

The cash never reconciles

Some paid by card, some in cash at the point, some still owe. How much money you actually have is a guess.

06

A new pickup point means new chaos

Every point lives by its own notebook. You cannot grow a network on that process.

07

Clients see somebody else’s brand

You move the freight, but the app and the logo belong to someone else. The client is not tied to you.

— What the partner gets

Seven ready apps. Under your brand.

No developer, no year of building. Everything your clients and staff use is already built — you just configure it.

— One day on Dropex

A day with Dropex: from the marketplace order to the QR handover

Six steps of one parcel. At each of them you see who acts and which app does the work — not a single step held together by someone’s memory.

The client
Sees the parcel, pays and collects it — on their own, in an app with your logo.
Your staff
Scan, shelve and hand over — following what the app tells them.
The system
Prices, notifies, keeps the books and records every action.

Sign-up

Your client signs up in your bot, website or app and instantly gets the warehouse address with a personal ID. They put that ID into the delivery address on the marketplace.

Not a single message to your manager — the client takes the address and ID themselves
02 / 06 Dropex Ops · warehouse warehouse staff

Intake at the warehouse

The operator scans the parcel: the app reads the ID straight off the label, photographs and weighs it. The client gets a notification with photo and weight the same minute.

Nothing is entered by hand — the parcel is already in the system
03 / 06 Client app the client

Declaration and tariff

The client fills the declaration and picks the delivery method — air, sea, truck or rail. The price is calculated automatically, per 100 grams of your tariff.

The system prices it; no manager involved
04 / 06 Client app + dashboard the client

Payment

The invoice lands in the same app — the client pays by card right away. Money and debts reconcile themselves in your dashboard.

The money shows up at once and no debt gets lost
05 / 06 Pickup point app point staff

Arrival at the pickup point

A shipment of hundreds of parcels arrives from the main warehouse. Staff scan them — every client gets a push, and the app shows which shelf each parcel goes to.

Hundreds of pushes instead of hundreds of replies
06 / 06 Pickup point app point staff

Release by QR

The client shows the QR from the app — staff see the shelf and hand the parcel over in seconds. No searching, no mix-ups, no releasing to the wrong person.

— Tariffs and money

The system prices parcels, not a manager

You set the tariff yourself: per 100 grams, separately for air, sea, truck and rail. The platform prices every parcel and keeps all payments in one ledger.

The tariff you configure

Your own weight thresholds and your own rate per 100 grams — separately for each delivery method. Change it in the dashboard, it applies immediately.

Delivery method
Parcel weight per 100 g
up to 5 kg 14 400 per 100 g

All money in one ledger today

Card, cash at the point, wallet and debt — not in three notebooks, but in one report line.

Card payments in the app 8 420 000
Cash at pickup points 3 150 000
Charged to client wallets 640 000
Client debt 1 280 000
Total for the day 12 210 000
Release is blocked while a debt is open — no parcel leaves on a promise.
Every pickup point has its own visible till: who took how much, and when.
Paid storage is charged automatically when a parcel is not collected in time.
— Security & audit

Every action is on record

The platform keeps a full log: from the warehouse scan to handover at the point. No more disputes — there is history.

Roles and access

5 operational roles tied to warehouses and pickup points. Everyone sees only their own scope.

Money reconciles

Online payments, on-site cash and the wallet — one ledger. Handover is blocked until the debt is paid.

Error-free handover

Only by personal code or QR proxy. A stranger cannot collect the parcel.

— FAQ

The questions we hear most

If your question is not here, write to us on Telegram — we answer in plain words, without jargon.

Ask your question
Do we need a developer to run this?

No. Everything is already built: you get ready apps and configure them in the dashboard — like filling a spreadsheet, only easier. We do the first setup together with you.

How much does it cost?

It depends on parcel volume and the number of pickup points, so we price it individually. At the demo we show the numbers for your case — no hidden fees per app.

What happens to our data in Excel and notebooks?

Clients, parcels and debts can be migrated — send the files in any shape and we help load them in. You do not start from zero.

We already have a bot and a website. Do we throw them away?

No. We connect your Telegram bot to the platform, and the website can stay yours — the client account is embedded or replaces the old one, your choice.

Who owns the clients?

You do. Clients register under your brand, the base stays yours, and we never contact them.

What if the warehouse or a point loses internet?

The warehouse app works offline: scans, photos and weights queue up and sync the moment the network is back. Work does not stop.

Our staff are not tech people. Will they cope?

The apps are one screen with one button: scan — put it on the shelf the app names — release by QR. Training takes about an hour and we run it ourselves.

Can we have several warehouses and pickup points?

As many as you like: warehouses in different countries, a network of points with shelves, own staff and schedules. You add a new point yourself in ten minutes.

What languages do the apps support?

Uzbek, Russian, English and Turkish — across every app on the platform.

What if we decide to leave?

Your data is yours: export parcels, clients and payments to a file at any moment from the dashboard.
